summer Navy boot camp physical readiness training?
so i joined the Navy and im currently in the DEP program, I leave October 25, but i really need to get into a training program or something. Does anyone know of any programs in preferably California that do physical readiness training? or any good Physical Fitness training program would be good as well. thanks for the help ahead of time. :) haha for clarification i already do PT thank you very much. I just wanted something else besides the running, pushups and situps. I meant something in addition to that. just to further my physical fitness.
