Vitavegamin Takes Liquid Nutrition Mainstream
Liquid Vitamins/Supplements- why are they becoming so popular today? There are several reasons for the popularity of liquid nutrition that will be discussed in this article. However, it is necessary to first point out that it is essential for everyone to take nutritional supplements in some form every day. Our body cannot make vitamins and minerals by itself, so we are all responsible with supplementing our diets with the vitamins and minerals that our bodies need. is not eating breakfast really that bad for you?
my family doesn't eat breakfast. when I was little, I never ate it in favour of sleeping more before school. I typically just have tea in the morning. My first meal's always lunch, which is one of the two medium/larger meals a day I have. And then between lunch and dinner, I'll snack. I eat pretty healthily too.
I don't know, I haven't had any serious repercussions or anything (are there even any?), but I'm taking a Food & Nutrition course in school and everybody says it's unhealthy to skip it... I've heard it tons before, but I guess I'm wondering if I actually should start eating in the morning?
Has anybody has super terrible health effects related to not eating breakfast, or am I fine just continuing like this? c:

Coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil for cooking?
Out of the two oils, which is the better and healthier oil to cook with - sauteing vegetables, pan searing fish, etc? The coconut oil I have is Omega Nutrition Organic Coconut Oil, which is aroma free. Has anyone used it before? Is it a good quality coconut oil? And the taste? But I've heard it is refined, so is it not healthy to use it? Will I be better off using the cold pressed EVOO I have? Because I've heard so many people say stick to the unrefined virgin or extra virgin coconut oils to avoid the harmful chemicals or solvents in the refined one since they have to go through a processing to deodorize the coconut taste and smell. I know both oils are healthy but which one is healthier for cooking?

Am I damaging my paper thin hair?!?
I was born with the typical baby fine soft hair that most kids grow out of but mine stayed... And now that I'm 15 I consider it a mixed blessing but I'm worried it might be so thin because I'm damaging it somehow? This is what I do on a daily basis-
-I wash my hair every day (I have too- very oily scalp) with swav naturals.
- I let my hair dry COMPLETLY before brushing. I use a boar bristle brush and it leaves my hair soft and shiny and very little hair falls out when brushing.
- once a week I use a leave in deep conditioner.
I NEVER blow dry or use heat appliances. So... WHY IS MY HAIR SO THIN?? It feels like a little kids hair... Very very very fine. Any way to make it thicker? Or is it caused by bad nutrition or something? :(
